Common Good is seeking input from nonprofits and charities to inform the design of a potential sector retirement plan. It is also looking for employers who would be interested in offering the Common Good plan to their employees if the plan were made available. A decision about whether to move forward with the plan will be made in Fall 2018, based on the level of interest from the sector.
In order to ensure the Plan meets the sector’s needs, Common Good is conducting a series of Employer Roundtable discussions with nonprofit leaders in cities across Canada. The purpose of these roundtables is to convene decision-makers to learn about the Common Good initiative, as well as discuss and solicit feedback on the design and implementation elements of the proposed plan.
Who should attend:
The Roundtable will be relevant to Executive Directors or HR/Finance leaders at nonprofits and charities of any size and sub-sector who are interested in enhancing retirement security for their employees, including organizations currently offering retirements benefits to employees, as well as those currently offering no retirement benefits.
